Bio:
Andrew Deitz is a fine wine professional with over 20 years’ experience in various spaces of the industry,
including on and off-premise, entrepreneurial, distributor and supplier roles.
Andrew joined Demeine Estates in 2022, from Wilson Daniels, where he held the role of Vice President of Sales, Northeast Division. Prior to that, he led record increases in revenues and accounts sold at M.S. Walker in Massachusetts. Additionally, Andrew was one of the founders of Thirst Boston. Andrew holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
As Senior Vice President of Sales at Demeine Estates, Andrew leads the overall sales strategy and team culture for the organization. Over the past three years, he has driven category-leading growth by building a world-class fine wine team, increasing sales by 20+ percent annually, and expanding market share. Andrew also spearheads strategic relationships with Demeine Estates’ distributor partners, ensuring alignment and execution across all channels.
Under his leadership, Demeine Estates has increased sales and brand visibility for their portfolio of 23 brands across all 50 states, reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in the fine wine industry.
