Brian Lebredo is a hospitality educator and strategic beverage expert with 30+ years of restaurant industry leadership. He is passionate about elevating guest experience through training, innovation, and scalable systems.
As National Director of Beverage for Texas Roadhouse (3 concepts, 700+ locations), he built the beverage department from scratch — designing menu strategy, shaping vendor partnerships, and creating training that empowered thousands of employees to deliver consistent, profitable beverage experiences. The program supported more than $1.5B in beverage revenue and established long-term value for guests, operators, and suppliers.
