Chrys Tirado

Bio:

Chrys Tirado is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having held diverse roles including Server, Bartender, Bar Manager, and most recently, Senior Manager of Beverage & Partnerships. Throughout his career, Chrys has played a key role in driving brand growth and guest engagement through innovative, data-informed strategies.

Originally from New York, Chrys was immersed in the hospitality world from a young age. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med from Dominican University, where he discovered his passion for the dynamic energy of the bar industry and the sense of community it fosters.

Before joining Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs, Chrys was a part of many concepts including, TGI Friday’s, The Cheesecake Factory, as well as the Corporate Manager of Beverage Operations at Restaurant Growth Services, overseeing beverage operations for 164 locations nationwide. In this role, he led national initiatives in training, cost control, and beverage innovation.

In 2022, Chrys brought his expertise to Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs as the National Beverage Manager, contributing to the brand’s rapid expansion. He introduced systems that improved cost efficiency and margins, launched creative limited-time offerings, revamped the bar menu, and implemented marketing strategies that boosted guest traffic.

In 2025, Chrys was promoted to Senior Manager of Beverage & Partnerships, where he continues to cultivate a strong company culture and play a pivotal role in the brand’s national growth and presence.
