Daniel Camp is a seasoned culinary leader with 20 years of experience in foodservice operations and more than a decade specializing in menu and beverage innovation. As Director of Culinary &beverage for Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, he leads the brand’s menu development and beverage programs from concept through system implementation across more than 100 franchised restaurants. Daniel has created and launched over 100 innovative items for major restaurant brands, including top-selling LTOs like Quesabirria Tacos and the Cali-Style Steak Taco, which won a MenuMasters award with Nation’s Restaurant News. His career spans leadership roles at On the Border, Zoe’s Kitchen, and Ignite Restaurant Group, where he delivered transformative menu strategies that boosted sales and guest engagement. Daniel combines culinary creativity with operational expertise to shape memorable dining experiences.
