Bio:
Devin Burns is a senior hospitality executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across luxury hotels, food and beverage, and aviation. He currently serves as Vice President of Hospitality at JSX Airlines, where he oversees all customer-facing operations, including airport services, inflight experience, and customer support. In this role, Devin is responsible for elevating the onboard and ground-based food and beverage experience while translating world-class hospitality principles into a highly operational, time-sensitive airline environment.
Prior to JSX, Devin spent over a decade with Omni Hotels & Resorts, where he rose from property-level leadership roles to Vice President of Food & Beverage and Rooms at the corporate level. During his tenure, he led brand-wide food and beverage strategy, beverage programming, and concept development across more than 50 luxury properties. His work included experiential dining initiatives, bar and cocktail program evolution, and large-scale operational oversight supporting significant revenue and diverse teams. Known as a hands-on operator and culture builder, Devin’s leadership philosophy centers on simplicity, accountability, and empowering teams to deliver memorable, guest-driven experiences through thoughtful food and beverage design.
